The staff's attentiveness stood out during our
Two-night stay. Breakfast each morning was good, with fresh fruit and excellent main dishes. We found our room lacked some amenities, and it felt basic given the price point. A great experience with room for improvement.

The hotel had a secluded position adjacent to the blue/green ocean, nature, calm and silent, and beach. Spent a nice evening at Saikuk, located very close to the venue.
The staff was rather noisy.

The breakfast was excellent, with a variety of delicious options.
The air conditioning had a time limit, inconvenient. It definitely impacted our comfort during the night. We also found the mattresses quite old and sagged.

It is a small hotel in which everyone knows you on the first day and is very friendly with each other. Bicycles can be taken for free
Price performance was at least not right with me at all. This is certainly the case with many hotels in the situation. But I haven't been able to charge any extra for eggs yet. The continental breakfast consists of a dash of Johurts, granola, fruit, a mini croissant and jam. Can't say I've ever had enough of breakfast.

The hotel was pretty standard and unique, as you can expect from Tulum. The staff was especially helpful, well managed, and everything was fantastic. I was upgraded to a well-appointed and air-conditioned room with a great view. No reason to complain, I really enjoyed the vacation.

The hotel's location right on the beach offered fine views from my balcony, and the daily breakfast was a highlight with its refreshing mixed fruits and healthy options. Particularly Sebastian, provided really good service. The WiFi connection was unreliable at times, and I noticed limited snack options , slightly disappointing.
